MostapanovaFan, always reliable for her educational and entertaining montages, has posted a video dedicated to all of the female gymnasts who have competed a Def. This is one of my favorite skills. It's on that I'd love to see more Americans tackle, and in fact, I think if Nastia came back as a specialist, it would be awesome for her. I think Ivana could do it, too. I am pretty sure it's a G-level skill, and if I'm not mistaken, that gives it a D-value of...what, seven tenths, is it? Somewhere in that ballpark? If anyone knows the exact value, please let me know.
