The question of Martha Karolyi's name

Recently there seems to be some question as to how Martha Karolyi's name should be properly spelled, as it is pronounced "Marta."

"Márta Károlyi" is technically correct, in the English-ized version of the Romanian spelling. But "Martha" pronounced as "Marta" is the Americanized, and equally acceptable, spelling. Both ways are tolerable, and in fact, on Karolyi's Camp website, the "h" is included consistently throughout. The same can be said for articles and write ups on USA-Gymnastics.org. Basically, it makes sense to just go with whatever you're more comfortable writing.

Hopefully that clears up some deeply important issues for everyone. I know I'll sleep a bit better tonight.
